InvoiceCloud Strengthens Product Leadership Capabilities in India with Appointments of Manish Sharma and Keerthi Kalyan

National, June 10, 2026 InvoiceCloud, a leading provider of digital billing and payment solutions, today announced the appointments of Manish Sharma as Vice President of Product Management, and Keerthi Kalyan as Director of Product Management. The appointments enhance InvoiceCloud’s product management depth in India and support the company’s continued focus on expanding the region’s contribution to global product strategy, AI-led innovation, and long-term growth.

In their roles, Manish and Keerthi will work closely with Steve Schult, Chief Product Officer at InvoiceCloud’s Boston headquarters, and Biju Davis, Senior Vice President and India Site Leader at the company’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. 

As Vice President of Product Management, Manish will help strengthen product strategy and roadmap alignment advancing platform strategy and product management capabilities. He will collaborate closely with teams in the U.S. and India to align product vision, customer priorities, and execution as InvoiceCloud continues to scale its product organisation.

Manish brings nearly 18 years of global experience across strategy consulting and product leadership, with expertise in product strategy, innovation, platform monetisation, and go-to-market execution. Most recently, he spent seven years at Microsoft in Seattle, where he worked across Windows and Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), including AI initiatives and email PaaS strategy. He holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.Tech from IIT BHU, Varanasi.

As Director of Product Management, Keerthi will focus on strengthening product execution, enhancing customer-centric product development, and supporting broader roadmap priorities. He will work closely with engineering, strategy, and business teams across India and global markets to help build scalable product capabilities and translate market and business priorities into meaningful product outcomes.

Keerthi brings more than 15 years of experience across product management, strategy, integrations, and SaaS platforms, alongside entrepreneurial experience running a QSR business. Throughout his career, he has focused on building customer-centric products, solving business challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across global markets. He holds an MBA from IIT Bombay and a B.E. from Osmania University.
