Mumbai, August 13, 2026: 1 Finance, a holistic personal finance advisory and wealth-tech firm with over ₹17,000 Cr+ in Assets Under Advice (AUA), has elevated Animesh Hardia as Partner, as the firm scales its advisory platform across financial planning, research, qualified advisors and wealth-tech.
The appointment comes at an important phase of 1 Finance’s growth, reinforcing its core philosophy of being “one with your interest.” As the organisation expands, the focus remains on ensuring this philosophy is consistently reflected in the advice delivered to customers and the way its qualified financial advisor’s partner with them.
Animesh, who has been with 1 Finance as Senior Vice President – Quantitative Research, brings over 14 years of experience across sell-side research, buy-side valuations and analytical roles. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he has played a key role in strengthening 1 Finance’s research-led approach to financial advice.
As Partner, Animesh will focus on strengthening the quality and consistency of financial advice, research, advisor development and professional standards. He will also contribute to the integration of data, technology and human expertise to build a more scalable and personalised wealth-management experience.
