Over 200 practising Gynaecologists participated at the 2-day long conclave themed- Journey in Utero to Senescence

Hyderabad 20th  November 2023– Ankura Hospital, the premier hospital for women and child care had organised its maiden two-day Annual National Conclave on Gynaecology themed Journey in Utero to Senescence on November 18th and 19th, 2023, at Ankura Hospital for Women and Children, Attapur. The conclave was attended by over 200 practising gynaecologists from all over Telangana. It covered a diverse range of topics to understand the latest technologies and interventions in the field of Gynaecology and Obstetrics to help in professional development of the participants. The chief guest of the conclave was nonagerian Dr. Hemalatha Rangachary, MD, DGO, a former professor from Gandhi Hospital &Medical College. She is a teacher of teachers in the field of Gynaecology

 

The Conclave on Journey in Utero to Senescence offered a spectrum of academic sessions by pioneers in the field of Gynaecology and Obstetrics presenting their innovative work in the respective domains. One of the highlights of the conference was a live demonstration for vNOTES – an advancement of minimally invasive surgery for women. Other sessions of the conference included workshops on PPH, doppler blood flow studies and hysteroscopy which would benefit the practitioners. Several eminent speakers discussed about various aspects of women’s health and also shared their experiences at handling rare and dangerous complications of pregnant and non-pregnant women. The academic sessions served as a hub for the exchange of ideas and best practices, fostering professional growth among attendees. The conference was awarded three credit hours by TMC (Telangana Medical Council).

“The comprehensive lecture series at the conclave were designed to inform the participants about the latest research, advancements, and challenges in gynaecology. Msenior obstetrician and gynaecologist, Ankura Hospital for Women and Children.
