Anupama Ramaswamy has been appointed as the chief creative officer of Havas Worldwide India, the company has stated. She joins the team to further accelerate the agency’s creative transformation, which has experienced unmatched business growth over the past three years. Anupama’s most recent position was as Managing Partner and National Creative Director at Dentsu Impact.

Beginning in October 2022, Anupama will take on her new position within the company, reporting to Bobby Pawar, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Havas Group India. Additionally, Manas Lahiri, Managing Director of Havas Worldwide India, will be a key collaborator.
Anupama will be based out of the agency’s Gurgaon office, where she will have full access to both Gurgaon and Mumbai’s clientele, both of which have had remarkable business development in the last three years. This contains some of the most well-known international and domestic companies, including, among others, Reckitt, Dabur, Tata Group, P&G, Stellantis, Vivo, Aegon Life, Fortis, Suzuki, UTI Mutual Fund, Celio, and William Grant. Havas Worldwide India experienced over 30% growth in 2021 alone across its Mumbai and Gurgaon locations as a result of substantial new wins, which led to its consistent placement in the top 3 of the R3 New Business League Creative Agency list.
Anupama is hailed as one of the most recognized creative brains in the nation. Through her clutter-breaking work, enthusiasm for art direction, and pure-play advertising, Anupama has left a lasting impression. In the course of her career, she has collaborated with several renowned international and domestic brands from a variety of industries, including Maruti Suzuki, Ikea, Vivo, Paytm, Subway, Tata Tea Digital, Samsung Mobiles, Airtel, Dabur, Lacoste, Whirlpool, and many more. She recently ran the Paytm Divide and Chotu campaigns, which helped her win the One Show, a few Spikes, New York Festivals, and a spot on the list of Impact Creative Stars ’21. Anupama commented on her new position by stating that Havas Group India has completely recovered and is now one of the most sought-after networks. The group has been functioning in an integrated fashion for a very long time, long before other organizations had even considered it. I became interested in being a part of this unheard-of growth story because of the chance to collaborate with Bobby once more, who is an institution in his own right, and Rana’s overarching vision for the network. But the assignment Bobby and Rana gave me to foster a new and vibrant creative culture sparked my interest.
