For the past two years, AI technologies have been the major trend for technological apprehension. A complete revolution has been brought in by various methods of Artificial Intelligence. There has been a widespread opinion about the predatory role of Artificial Intelligence, i.e. AI will be a replacement for human labour. Most importantly we need to look into the alternative perspective of Artificial Intelligence, which would play an important role in our lives and organization.

An evolutionary pathway of AI indulgence can bring about significant change in organizational manifestation. For instance, ‘invoice processing’ can be automated with the help of Artificial Intelligence and hence replacing the workforce behind the process of invoices. It can further manage the capital of the organization and improve partner- organization relationships. Artificial Intelligence has the potential for increasing the effectiveness by creating ‘personalized digital augmenters’ ( for example an alert can be sent to the manager about important news regarding a significant partner through an enhanced co-relation analysis).

Workplace

COVID 19 has significantly changed the perception of the workplace. Workers have to adapt to the new workplace irrespective of their job and organization. The definition of the workplace has become fluid. But this change in fluidity brought about an effective change in productivity as more work was done with sitting at home and at work with ease.
