Mumbai, 5 June 2026: Celebrating World Environment Day with a unique blend of creativity and sustainability, DOMS Industries Limited organized an employee engagement initiative that challenged teams to reimagine waste as a source of artistic expression.
Moving beyond conventional environmental activities, employees stepped into public spaces to collect discarded materials, broken objects, and overlooked items that would otherwise end up as waste. These materials were then transformed into meaningful artworks through painting, design, and creative innovation.
Built around the belief that nothing is truly useless when viewed with imagination and purpose, the initiative encouraged participants to rethink waste and discover value in everyday discarded objects. Through their creations, employees conveyed powerful messages around sustainability, responsible consumption, and environmental stewardship.
The artworks served as visual reminders that sustainability extends beyond recycling—it begins with changing the way we perceive and interact with the world around us.

More than an art exercise, the initiative became a celebration of mindful living and creative problem-solving. It inspired participants to see opportunity in the discarded, beauty in the broken, and potential in materials often considered waste.
As each artwork came to life, so did a larger message: sustainability is not just about reducing waste—it’s about rethinking, reimagining, and rediscovering value in the world around us.
