Dr. CV Raman University, Bilaspur has opened applications for admissions for 2023 batches. The University is offering admission in courses across engineering & technology, education, information technology, law, commerce, journalism and mass & comm., pharmacy, arts and science etc. Dr. C.V. Raman University Bilaspur (CVRU Bilaspur), established in November 2006 at Kota-Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh, is Central India’s first private university and the first private university in a tribal area. This was the maiden higher education venture of the AISECT Group of Universities, which has over the years emerged as India’s leading higher education group.
The admission will be through AJEE entrance exams. The entrance exams are opened for students. They can apply for the AISECT Joint Entrance Examination to get admission to courses across streams. The all-India exam will be held online from 1st June to 30th June, 2023.

In alignment with The New Education Policy (NEP), the integrated curriculum offered by the University bolsters holistic development. Over the year, CVRU Bilaspur has seen more than 500 companies visiting the campus for recruitment offering upto 10 lakhs annual package. A few of the top companies include the likes of Paytm, Wipro, Bajaj, NIIT, Infosys, IndusInd Bank, Vivo, Axis Bank, American express, Tech Mahindra, Star Group etc.
In a short span of time, CVRU Bilaspur has emerged as a research and educational hub of Central India and is endeavouring to introduce skills-based learning in the higher education framework. Named after Nobel laureate Dr. C.V. Raman, the University seeks to generate a cadre of highly skilled professionals who have the requisite technical know-how, coupled with adequate skills, to be able to address the industry’s growing need for skilled workforce. Spread across a lush green campus of over 60 acres, CVRU Bilaspur is the first university in Chhattisgarh to be awarded an ISO 9001:2008 certification. There are over 5,500 students enrolled in regular classroom programs and a gigantic 85,000 students enrolled in the distance learning mode.
Registration forms for AJEE will be available online and will also be available at all the AISECT Centers http://ajee.aisectonline.com/AJEEOnline/AJEEIndex.aspx . The candidates can take the exams online by logging into http://ajee.certificationexam.in/login/index.php and pay the application fee for further process. Students can also register through AISECT centers. Aspiring students can register using their phone number and email ID, an application fee of INR 500 will be charged for the enrolment process. The last date for the online registration is 31st May 2023. Online exams will go on from 1st June to 30th June 2023. Results will be declared by 1st July 2023.
