Veteran Bollywood maker Boney Kapoor late succumbed to a digital misrepresentation, where a scoundrel figured out how to release his Visa subtleties and moved ₹3.82 lakh from his financial balance.

The 66-year-old maker has documented an objection at Amboli police headquarters.

The fraudster utilized the charge card to do five internet-based exchanges on February 9 by getting Kapoor’s subtleties and secret words.

Kapoor learned about the misrepresentation when a chief from his bank called up for a Visa bill installment on March 30. He disagreed with the bank and later recorded a protest.

The maker let the police know that neither anybody requested his Visa subtleties nor did he get any call with respect to this. Police authorities thought that somebody had acquired the information while Kapoor was utilizing the card.

The Amboli police have enrolled the FIR under area 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 66 C of the Information Technology Act.
