New Delhi, 20 September 2025 – The Future Frontiers Conclave became a celebration of the Nation Builders shaping India’s future, honoring remarkable changemakers whose vision and work embody the spirit of Viksit Bharat 2047.
The highlight of the conclave was the Nation Builders Awards, by The Logical Indian, recognizing individuals driving profound social and national impact. Among the proud recipients were:
Meenakshi Gupta, Co-Founder at Goonj, for her groundbreaking efforts in social empowerment.
Dr. Saumitra Rawat, Padma Shri Awardee, Chairman & Head, GI & HPB Surgery, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, for advancing surgical innovation and public health.
Digraj Singh Rajput, Co-founder and CEO at Next Toppers, for his exceptional leadership in transforming communities and shaping the nation.
Dr. Rukmani Krishnamurthy, First Lady Forensic Scientist | Academic Council Member, for pioneering contributions in forensic science and academic leadership.
On receiving the award, Digraj Singh Rajput said:

Adding weight to the ceremony, Shri Kiren Rijiju, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, emphasized:

The Future Frontiers Conclave, jointly organized by FICCI FLO and Chhatra Sansad India, welcomed more than 700 delegates at the B.R. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. With the theme “Women & Youth as Drivers of India’s Next Growth Wave”, the event convened policymakers, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and changemakers to shape the vision of India as a developed nation by 2047.
Two significant white papers were launched by FICCI FLO & Chhatra Sansad India:
“Women in STEM and India’s Growth Vision: Viksit Bharat 2047” – outlining a roadmap for greater participation of women in science and technology.
“From Grassroots to Green Jobs” – envisioning women in sustainability and leadership roles in India’s green economy.
Poonam Sharma, National President of FICCI FLO & Chhatra Sansad India, reaffirmed the organizations’ mission to put women in the driver’s seat of economic and social progress. Aditya Vegda, Vice President of Chhatra Sansad India, highlighted the vital role of youth in governance and civic life, underscoring them as collaborators in shaping policy and innovation.
The conclave concluded with a strong call to action, spotlighting the Nation Builders and reiterating that women and youth are not at the margins but at the very heart of India’s growth story.
