Honasa Acquires Mompresso


Honasa Consumer Pvt. Ltd. (HCPL) is the parent company of Mamaearth and The Derma Co., the fastest-growing House of Personal Care Brands has acquired the female-centric Momspresso content platform and the associated Momspresso MyMoney influencer engagement platform.

This acquisition accelerates interactions with consumers to further advance content trading.

The acquisition continues the successful partnership with Momspresso in content, influencer relationships, and commerce. The experience and platform capabilities of the founding team expand a content platform that educates, educates, and supports consumers to make informed decisions with high-quality, user-generated content in the fields of beauty, health, fashion, lifestyle, pregnancy, and motherhood.

It shows great potential in and children. Momspresso also runs MyMoney, a unique micro-influencer platform for engaging with consumers in the new economy.

 Founded in 2010, Momspresso has grown into one of India’s largest and most active women’s communities. With this acquisition, Momspresso and MyMoney will provide HCPL with a platform to connect with 60,000 content creators in 10 languages, an interesting community of 30 million women, and more than 200,000 micro-influencers connected with 50 million consumers, enabling HCPL to build its creators. Momspresso will continue to operate independently and will continue to lead and manage its operations by a founding team with co-founder and CEO Vishal Gupta, co-founder and CTO Asif Mohamed, and co-founder and COO Prashant Sinha.

Business as an independent company, Momspresso will use the proceeds from the acquisition to invest in technology to strengthen its team, create data capabilities, and increase scale and efficiency.
