There are bright, easy picks like the Citrus & Pine Nut Salad and Melon & Feta Salad; wholesome bowls like the Mediterranean Falafel Salad and Quinoa & Sprout Salad; and flavour-packed options like the Mexicana Salad, Korean Kimchi Salad, Caperberry Malta Chicken Salad and Curried Chicken & Avocado Salad. It is the kind of salad line-up that starts with freshness but does not stop at “healthy.”

Soups
The soups bring the warm, comforting side of Goodness To Go to life. The line-up moves from familiar and soothing to rich and exciting, with Tomato Basil Soup made with slow-roasted tomatoes, cream and garlic croutons; Truffle Mushroom Soup with button and porcini mushrooms, whipped cream and truffle oil; Chicken Fennel Soup with tender chicken, mushrooms, fennel and cream; and Kale & Millet Soup with barnyard millet, kale and coconut cream.
