Mumbai and New Delhi, India, June 18, 2025 – Highway Roop Precision Technologies Limited (“Highway Roop” or “the Platform”), a global auto components platform that brings together Highway Industries Limited and Roop Automotives Limited, today announced that Dharmesh Arora has joined as its CEO.
Mr. Arora joins from Schaeffler Group where he served as CEO for Asia Pacific for over five years, following a seven-year tenure as CEO for Schaeffler India. Prior to Schaeffler Group, he spent two decades at General Motors in leadership roles across purchasing and the supply chain. A seasoned industry veteran, he began his career in 1986 as a Product Engineer at Maruti Suzuki India.
