The brand new ad of Marico’s Saffola honey reinforces the 100% purity of their product and the ad raises the question of whether the honey which the consumers using is 100 pure as that. The question was actually raised to the other honey-producing brands. Last year, Delhi-based public interest research and advocacy organization, Centre of Science and Environment (CSE) conducted a purity test to the honey brand and, top among honey brand like Dabur, Patanjali, and, Emami (Zandu Honey) failed in the purity test and purity of honey brand become a very important factor.
This resulted in completion between Dabur and Marico. As Marico passed the purity test NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) for honey, they instantaneously come up with a brand new ad showing the purity test which they get over.
