Oct 31, 2012: As per an agreement reached between Hyatt Hotels and IHHR Hospitality Pvt.Ltd, five Ista hotels coming under the latter will be now known as Hyatt Bangalore, Hyatt Hyderabad, Hyatt Pune, Hyatt Ahmedabad and Hyatt Amritsar. Company sources announced that this re-branding exercise will complete by March 2013. This would allow Hyatt to further consolidate in presence in India and enter new regions like Amritsar, Bangalore and Ahmedabad.
