Isuzu V-Cross introduced in revised version MU-X BS6

Isuzu V-Cross may have been steady in response to the BS6 release norms. Although, the brand brings these new products in the worst time such are- MU-X, D-Max V-Cross, and an especial Hi-Lander variant. If we looking the previous one D-Max V-Cross, the car is unchanged means not much change but, yes some addition to be made in this.

These will be available in three shapes- Z-manual, Z-automatic, and Z- Prestige, The Z-manual show-off a 6-speed gearbox with 4*4 while the Z-automatic add a 6-speed torque converter with 4*2. Simultaneously, the prestige model being the most preferable gets an automatic as well as 4*4. At present, The Isuzu V-Cross Hi-Lander is a basic model that gets a 4*2 and 6-speed manual. These all versions are powered by a 163hp/360Nm, 19-liter BS6 diesel engine.

The engine power is upgraded by 13hp. Now, let us discuss Hi- Lander, it is an updated version and features a grey grille, twin cockpit along with dual airbags, and a USB port in the 2nd row as well. There are also ISOFIX child seat tethers, there has no infotainment system but the service of air-conditioning as it is.

While in the prestige version, there are six airbags, 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Now, we move forward to the prices, the Isuzu Hi-Lander is for Rs 16.98 lakh, the V-Cross 4*2 is for Rs 19.98 lakh whereas the 4*4 automatic is available at Rs 24.49 lakh and the manual for Rs 20.98 lakh.

Isuzu has released bookings for the MU-X. This is a seven-seater SUV named Ford Endeavour competitor but doesn’t have as much pizzaz. Miserably, the things with BS6 versions haven’t been cleared. Now, Isuzu India emerges with a 1.9-liter turbo diesel engine instead of the 3.0-liter unit uses before. It is substituted by the six-speed automatic gearbox which is five-speed earlier.

The torque is moderately lower than D-Max which produces 320Nm whereas stays put at 163hp. These two models are offer and both release with an automatic transmission as standard. Their prices are Rs 33.23 lakh (4*2) and Rs 35.19 lakh (4*4).
