Bengaluru, 19August 2026: Kia India, one of the country’s leading mass-premium carmakers, today inaugurated its new Dealer Training Academy at Supernova Kia in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With a capacity to train approximately 250 personnel per month, the academy strengthens Kia India’s approach to developing skilled and knowledgeable dealer teams across Sales and Service.
The academy enables dealer-led Level-1 training programmes for sales and service teams across group dealerships. By creating localised training infrastructure, Kia India ensures faster induction of new manpower, continuous upskilling of existing teams, and reduced dependency on centralised training. This approach helps build deeper role-based expertise while improving workforce stability at the dealership level.
With this initiative the customers benefit from clearer communication, quicker service turnaround times, uniform service standards, and a more seamless ownership experience, regardless of location.
Designed to address both current and future business needs, the academy emphasises technical proficiency, behavioural skills, and service quality excellence, ensuring Kia’s expanding customer base continues to experience reliable, transparent, and high-quality engagement across touchpoints.
The Ahmedabad facility builds on Kia India’s first Dealer Training Academy, inaugurated earlier this year at Incheon Kia in Kochi, further strengthening the company’s focus on bringing structured learning closer to its dealer network. The company now has two Dealer Training Academies with a combined capacity to train approximately 500 personnel per month, reinforcing its commitment to building skilled dealer teams and delivering a consistent customer experience across its Sales and Service network.
