Tata Realty and Infrastructure is a real estate and infrastructure development of the Tata group and is a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons.

Godrej Properties is a subsidiary of Godrej Industries Limited and is a real estate company. Its head office is in Mumbai, India.

Delhi Land and Finance (DLF) is a real estate developer, founded in the year 1946 and is based in New Delhi.

In the next few months, Delhi will soon discern a flow in the supply of high-end residential units set to start projects in some main locations with the leading developers which include Tata Realty and Infrastructure, Godrej Properties, and DLF (Delhi Land and Finance).

Tata and Godrej have planned set-ups at Hailey Road and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg in Gole Market, both in Central Delhi near Connaught Place, while DLF will soon declare a premium residential complex on Shivaji Marg in West Delhi’s Moti Nagar, 2.1 million sq ft of the first phase of Midtown West, and will develop in a joint venture with Singapore sovereign fund GIC.

The experts pronounced that it is the first time that many branded products shall be coming to the market where supply has always been a problem.

Amit Goyal, who is the CEO of India Sotheby’s International Realty, a luxury home marketer, mentioned that such strong pipeline line of ultraluxury residential projects recommend there is a buyer but not sufficient supply.

He also mentioned that with the entry of leading developers, there will be clarity in the sector as before this in south Delhi, Delhiites only had the choice to redevelop floors.

A company representative stated that DLF Midtown is one of the biggest integrated ecosystems of residential and commercial developments in one of the mass vibrant neighbourhoods of NCR.

With an investment of Rs150 crore, Tata Realty has determined to develop ultra-luxury residential apartments close to Hailey Road in central Delhi. With a total of nearly 100,000 sq ft of built-up area, it will have 40-42 7-star luxury apartments with an average size of 2000 sq ft.

Tarun Mehrotra, business head of North and East India, at Tata Realty and Infrastructure said that they are at the present moment inspecting the idea of introducing internationally renowned designer or architect to design and this will be a branded residence.

Lately, to develop an ultra-luxury residential project on Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg in Gole Market, Godrej entered into a joint venture with TDI group, a realty developer.
