Marico launches ‘Saffola Arogyam Chyawan Amrut Awaleha’


Marico, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has announced its entry into the Chyawanprash segment with the launch of Saffola Arogyam Chyawan Amrut Awaleha. To strengthen its presence in the health and immunity-enhancing segment, the company has introduced an improved variant of the traditional chewing gum.

Saffola Arogyam Chyawan Amrut Awalehais is an ayurvedic chemical that combines the benefits of traditional Chyawanprash with Ayush Kwath herbs, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Giloy, and 50% more Amla. COVID-19 has led to an increase in pandemic awareness and the need for better quality immunosuppressive products. Users anticipate solutions that they can easily integrate into their routine. Although chewing gum is widely recognized in India as a source of nutrients for better immunity, it does require additional benefits to address the abnormal situation of the pandemic. Therefore, Marico introduced Saffola Arogyam Chyawan Amrut Awaleha, which not only enhances the immune system but also supports today’s respiratory health needs by providing relief from coughs, colds, and sore throat.

Saffola Arogyam Chyawan Amrut Awaleha in three SKUs – 1.25kg for Rs 450, 1kg for Rs 350, and 500gm for Rs 190.  It is being rolled out step by step in public businesses and will soon be available in modern businesses – directly on the consumer channel as well as other major e-commerce platforms.

Marico renews and intensifies its grip on health and immunity enhancement with the recent launch of Saffola Honey, a high-quality product backed by advanced NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) test certification, ensuring that 100% pure honey does not add extra sugar. It has also entered the  Ayurvedic segment in the Saffola Immuniveda range of Kadha Mix and Golden Turmeric Milk Mix. In the future, Marico will continue to launch quality products on health, food, hygiene, and other geographies in India.
