The campaign is based on the understanding that today’s job seekers value many other things such as the impact of work, recognition, work culture, flexibility, training & upskilling. With shifting preferences among the white collared working professionals, from Millennials to Gen Z, it is necessary to re-discover the evolved motivations of today’s job seekers. Keeping this understanding in mind, Naukri.com has unveiled its latest brand campaign, #MyKindaNaukri.  

Regarding this, the brand says that the pan-India campaign aims to recognize and address these underlying trends & motivations of jobseekers while clearing light on the various platform features that help serve the unique needs of each job seeker. The campaign summons a world where every job seeker who has explored jobs on this platform will say just one thing – “Now that’s #MyKindaNaukri!”.  

To begin with and understand these trends, Naukri.com researched to understand the changing beliefs, motivations, and requirements of job seekers. This survey helped in developing the brand’s campaign and saw active participation from many working professionals across cities, sectors, and job roles.  

The company also shared that it was surprising to see the group of reasons that came from job seekers as to what they value the most. From constraints to aspirations, the job seekers have evolved drastically, and ‘higher salary’ is no longer the only factor in their minds for a job switch. The company also says that job seekers today value many other things like work culture, the impact of work, recognition, training & upskilling, flexibility, career trajectory, and opportunities. These are over monetary benefits that point towards a significant proliferation of what drives Gen Z to work.  

This is where Naukri’s latest brand campaign #MyKindaNaukri comes and recognizes that one size does not fit all. With scope and platform features for each of these reasons, India’s largest job platform helps solve them for a wide array of job seekers.
