Hyderabad 18th July: Bonalu Festival is one of the most popular festivals around, celebrating Mahakali, the Hindu goddess of time and death, but more eminently, it is a festival about the feast, with food plays performed as an honor to the goddess. To admire and adore this sprightly Bonalu Festival Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is commemorated with a Special Brunch on 17th and 24th July 2022. The festival is majorly celebrated in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and NHCC will celebrate it as part of its tradition. Marigold décor and lively traditional attire for staff as well as a special potharaju performance handed down from generation to generation.

In celebration of the Bonalu Festival, we intend to showcase the luscious flavors of Hyderabad and Telangana cuisine in traditional clay pots, which start from Prasadam counters like Panakam, Bellam Annam, Pulihora, and Burelu, there will also be Chicken Kaleji Fry, Telangana Kodi Roast, Tawa fish, Mamsam Dum Briyani, and Chepala Pulusu, followed by delicious desserts like Nuvvula Laddu, Sabudanapayasam, Bobbatlu, and many more mouth-watering dishes. Apart from traditional cuisine, we have added Asian, Indian, Western, Dosa, Jonna Roti live stations, and a unique Egg Station with a wide variety of selections along with chat counters.
