‘Culinary Icons of the Year’

At the recently concluded India Food & Beverage Awards 2022, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Chef Ranveer Brar received the people’s choice – Culinary Icons of the Year award (IFBA). Both professionals received recognition for their remarkable work in the food and culinary industries.

The Social Media Star of the Year award went to Your Food Lab founder and content creator Chef Sanjyot Keer. Kamiya Jani, the creator of Curly Tales, was named the Instagram Star of the Year and the Travel YouTuber of the Year. In addition to these, 58 other winners were revealed at IFBA 2022.

This list features Indian chefs, eateries, content producers, bloggers, media outlets, communities, and TV personalities who excelled in the food industry last year. They received recognition in 7 major prize categories: media, hospitality, social media, blogs, YouTube, and celebrated chefs. Additionally, 29 sub-categories were created for these prizes.

The process advisors for IFBA 2022’s jury evaluation procedure are Ernst & Young LLP. The finalists and winners were chosen through a three-stage review procedure. the sixth edition of IFBA entries, which were examined by a group of industry professionals. More than 32 cities submitted bids this year. The entries came from cities such as Ranchi, Chiplun, Bhopal, Surat, Bhubaneshwar, Ahmedabad, Goa, etc. in addition to metropolises.

The winners are given our best wishes for a successful future in the food and beverage industry.

The rise in entries from all over India demonstrates the need and degree of interest in such recognitions. Chef Vicky Ratnani even performed a preview of his cookbook, “Urban Desi Non-Vegetarian,” which is available from Om Books, during IFBA 2022. The book demonstrates how simple it is to prepare delectable meals in the convenience of one’s own home and hearth utilizing fantastic spice mixes and fun methods to explore with your favorite meat, chicken, fish, and shellfish.
