JAMKHANDI, KARNATAKA: In a moment of immense regional pride and academic recognition, Dr. Mahesh Bellad, Chairperson, Whole-time Director, and Co-founder of Online Instruments (India) Limited, was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) by Bagalkot University.
