• Dairy development project – Maru Sagar has benefitted 44,590 families, connecting farmers with state-level milk cooperatives. 
• Cairn’s Jiji Bais have earned recognition nationally and globally, with millet-based cookies, earning a revenue of over INR 3 lakhs in a year.
• Cairn Enterprise Center has equipped the youth of Barmer with vocational courses like Data Entry, Electrician, Mobile repairing. With a 70%+ placement rate and average salaries of ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• Under the Public-Private Partnership model, 151 ICT Labs were installed in government schools equipping them digital skills for holistic learning and development. 
• E-kaksha has enabled 23 million students with digital education through. 

• Maru Udaan, in collaboration with Barmer District Administration is enhancing women’s mental and physical well-being, skill development, and entrepreneurship. 
• The Jacquard Handloom Centre in Golaghat, launched in partnership with the Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission, is driving women artisans towards financial independence and helping the traditional craft from North East reach across the globe.
