Home loans play a crucial role in facilitating home ownership. At the same time, committing to a regular monthly outflow of money and the interest expense for the home loan for a very long duration of time of loan payment in return can raise doubts and concerns in the mind of customers.

As part of the Punjab National bank’s new ‘Home loan lo, sar dard nahi’ campaign, Punjab National bank Housing Finance has rolled out two short films that aim to address these concerns that home buyers have and face when they are committing to a home loan. Daiko FHO is the creative partner of Punjab National bank Housing Finance who worked on this Home Loan Lo Sar dard Nahi campaign.

In the first short film, a small-to-medium enterprise owner is browsing property online, and a particular type of home catches his attention. Whereas in the second short film, a young couple is shown to be living in a sample flat. The couple gets impressed with the house, the wife is excited and eager to buy the flat.

At this point in time, a small altered ego plops up on the shoulder of the protagonists as a representation of the doubts they have in their minds. The alter ego questions the protagonists as to the choices of what a home loan will force them to do and what will it be likely to choose a home loan over their goals in life or regarding the expansion of business.

The short films then resolve this dilemma of what to do by informing the viewer about Punjab National bank Housing Finance’s home loans that come with attractive interest rates and even more longer tenures to pay back their loans. The new ‘Home loan lo, sar dard nahi’ campaign will be very effective for the customers, and in a unique execution, it is able to set up how home loans from Punjab National bank Housing Finance are easy to live a comfortable and desired life and carry on their life without any worries or struggle thinking about the worrisome dues to be paid.
