Rojin’s Oliver Twist and Kuttiyamma into Hindi

Since Covid-19 cases have declined in the country, the film industry is regaining its strength. Film shoots and theatre releases throughout India were adversely affected by the pandemic. Moviemakers have announced new projects ahead of the reopening of the country’s theatres, preparing to go back to work and produce films.

In collaboration with the Malayalam production company Friday Film House, Abundantia Entertainment will remake the much-appreciated Malayalam film #Home in Hindi. Oliver Twist and his family are the subjects of the film #Home. Oliver Twist is a typical rural man, a technologically illiterate individual who wishes to connect with the digital world. Family relationships and social media are the subjects of this film.

Home talks about family relationships in the digital world. Oliver Twist is fascinated to see different apps changing the lives of people near him. The film tells the family story. It tells about friendship. After seeing this film everyone is realising that there is one Oliver Twist and Kuttiyamma in their house.

Actor Indrans is acting as Oliver Twist in the movie. The character Kuttiyamma is taken by Manju Pillai. Sreenath Bhasi and Nalsen along with Kainakiry Thankaraj complete Oliver Twist’s home. KPAC Lalitha, Srikanth Murali, Johny Antony, Pauly Wilson, Maniyan Pillai Raju, Anoop Menon, Aju Varghese, Kiran Aravindhakshan, Chithra, and Priyanka Nair are the supporting cast in the film.

Earlier, the two companies Friday Film House and Abundantia Entertainment had collaborated to remake the cult Malayalam film Angamaly Diaries in Hindi, which is currently in pre-production.

Abundantia Entertainment is our country’s one of the finest and most progressive content creators. They also produced Vidya Balan’s Sherni and Shakuntala Devi, Airlift, Toilet: Ek PremKatha, Chef and Noor as well as  Breathe and Breathe: Into The Shadows.

Vijay Babu is the founder of Friday Film house. They have a diverse range of films from June, Sufiyum Sujathayum, Philips and the monkey pen, Aadu 1, Aadu 2, Peruchazhi, etc. Most of their works gained highly public acceptance. Vijay Babu hopes this collaboration will take our home to heights.

Bhool Bhulayya (Manichitrathazhu), Billu Barber (Katha Parayumbol), Body Guard(Body Guard), Hera Peri(Ramji Rao Speaking), Dor (Perumazha Kalam), Traffic (Traffic) were the major Hindi remake of Malayalam film gained a wide range of acceptance.
