Kochi: The SeaBerry Food and Protein Summit 2026, organised by SeaBerry Foods, will be held in Kochi on November 4, with the objective of promoting the global expansion of Indian food businesses and strengthening commercial partnerships. Industry leaders, distributors from Europe, and officials from the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) are expected to participate in the summit. As part of its business expansion initiatives, SeaBerry will sign significant agreements with one international company and two Indian companies.
SeaBerry is a leading Kochi-based company with over two decades of experience in the supply and export of meat and seafood products. Through the summit, the company aims to connect markets and develop practical strategies to drive business growth in India and international markets.
The event will be organised in two sessions. The first session will focus on opportunities and challenges in global food markets, covering international product regulations, pricing, logistics, and consumer expectations. The second session will highlight the potential of India’s protein industry, including seafood and meat, along with strategies for scaling up businesses.
The summit will also address evolving consumption patterns and the challenges faced by the food processing sector, cold-chain infrastructure, and supply chains, while exploring practical solutions. These interactive discussions will help entrepreneurs develop new business models in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering) and retail sectors, enabling them to make informed commercial decisions.
