Shri Lodha brings a wealth of experience and expertise in finance and investment management, which will further strengthen PFS’s financial strategies and operations.
With an illustrious career spanning over three decades in various key leadership positions, Shri Lodha has held significant roles in renowned organizations, including Chief Executive Officer, SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SVCL) beside significant role in Rajasthan Asset Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. (RAMC) and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO). With his proven track record in managing venture capital funds and driving successful investments and profitable exits, Shri Lodha is well-equipped to lead PFS’s finance department to new heights.
As Director (Finance) and CFO of PFS, Shri Mahendra Lodha will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions of PFS, including strategic financial planning, resource mobilization and fund management. His expertise in managing venture capital and private equity funds, coupled with his strong understanding of the finance sector, will be instrumental in shaping PFS’s financial growth and optimizing its operations.

Shri Mahendra Lodha is a qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A.) and a Company Secretary (C.S.). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Rajasthan. Throughout his career, Shri Lodha has achieved remarkable milestones and played instrumental roles in managing venture capital funds, investments, and financial strategies.
