Snapchat enters into a joint venture with a meditation app

We know, present young generation finds it difficult to cope up with the complex situation and ultimately become depressed. Even a very slight provocation from the surrounding society, business competitors, or even family members makes one uncomfortable and ultimately finds it difficult to adjust or come out of the cocoon which engulfs him over time and period. Each day, we are hearing that number of suicides is increasing rapidly. In this situation, something which is very much required such as mental relaxation, meditation, etc.

Snapchat, a messaging and photo-sharing app is joining hands with Headspace, a meditation app to extend help to its members and users to come out of such a situation. It offers specialized services like mindful activities, and such activities to release the mental pressure and make one afresh. Headspace, which was one of the first meditation apps in the market. 

At present, around 70 million members of the Snapchat community are making use of this app and find it easy to call the friends whom they rely upon very much to share their feelings or the situation in which they are trapped. Almost every person turn to their friends for help than their parents or family members for that matter. 

Headspace mini consists of several tools through which one can participate in various activities along with friends in exercises or community chats such activities. Such activities help to pacify the mental stress to come out of the situation and release the pressure and stress through which they are passing at that time. Snapchat also announced that new original shows are going to be a part of it, so that the members can cherish and enjoy the comedy programs etc. and provides a vent to release the pressure and make one relaxed. 

Snapchat members can easily access the app which has been embedded in a third-party program called snap mini. Users will be able to quickly pull theses up without having to switch apps. As per the report of TechCrunch, minis will be placed alongside games in a keyboard tab on the users’ chat screen.
