Here’s a breath of fresh air for bike fans tired of riding on dirty, dangerous roads in whatever city they live in: The 4-day Tour De Malnad, departing from Mysore and Bangalore, will travel approximately 430 kilometers across the picturesque Western Ghats.

Sunil PV of LifeIsCalling Sports is organizing the cycling trip.

But if you like riding, whether, with a group of like-minded people who are connected through dark social applications like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, or Signal or on your alone, there’s some good news for you.

Meet Sunil PV, a former Infosys engineer who, ten years ago, decided to build a goal out of his profound love for marathons, cycling, and other sports-related fitness demands.

Sunil now operates LifeIsCalling in addition to working as a software consultant. He is also working on organizing an exciting four-day cycling event, the Tour De Malnad, which would take bikers through magnificent terrain certain to brace one’s spirit.

The Tour De Malnad will begin on January 28, 2022, and end on January 31, 2023, and cycling enthusiasts will want to go on a tour like this with their cycling companions. It’s a four-day premium cycling event covering almost 430 kilometers.

Indeed, we hope to enhance awareness of the Western Ghats’ amazing biodiversity through the Tour De Malnad.

As you may be aware, the Western Ghats have been designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and our tour with cyclists from various cities will highlight the importance of preserving this biodiversity and its benefits.

The ride will test riders’ ability to push their boundaries in terms of elevation, endurance, and grit. In fact, throughout practice and with the group, there is always a strong sense of camaraderie and companionship, which should aid everyone in crossing the finish line.

But the moments spent in nature, with all of its pristine beauty, are always the most memorable for me.
