Bengaluru, 5th March, 2026 – Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited organised a special Women’s Day initiative titled “InDEVIsible” in Bengaluru, unveiling a monumental mosaic puzzle installation that has been recognised by the Asia Book of Records with the title “The Largest Mosaic Puzzle Installation Depicting Women’s Empowerment.”
Conceptualised as a tribute to the indomitable spirit of women, InDEVIsible is a force rooted in courage, resilience, and the unwavering determination of women who continue to rise every single day. The name itself reflects its philosophy: In – the strength that comes from within DEVI – the powerful feminine force Sible – the limitless possibilities she continues to create.
To bring this thought to life, the Bank conceptualised and facilitated the creation of a large-format mosaic puzzle spanning approximately 2,500 square feet. The monumental installation featured a striking image of a multitasking woman, symbolising the many roles she embodies in her everyday life. Each puzzle piece represented a distinct dimension of her identity personal, professional, emotional, and aspirational. While every piece stood strong on its own, together they formed a powerful visual metaphor: when individuality unites with purpose, it creates a collective strength that cannot be broken.
The large-scale floor installation brought together Ujjivan employees along with members of the ITPL Tech Park community, who collectively assembled the mosaic, reflecting unity, collaboration, and the unbreakable spirit of women. Through this shared effort, the Bank celebrated the resilience, leadership, and individuality of women who balance multiple roles while continuing to rise across personal and professional spheres.
