Punjab exports mainly Basmati rice, Haryana, renowned for its automobile industry, exports turbocharging engines and other car parts, apart from basmati rice and clothes.

Himachal Pradesh exports coins and lifeboats among the Himalayan States, while Tripura exports onion and dried fish. Himachal is specialized in antacid, antibiotics, antibiotics, and hypertension drugs.
