Bengaluru, July 2026: Bringing together contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine and premium Indian wines, YAZU Pan Asian Supper Club and SDU Winery present One True Pairing, an exclusive aperitivo experience on Friday, July 31st. The collaborative evening features a curated menu paired with a selection of premium Indian wines, offering guests an opportunity to explore the nuances of wine and food pairing. Each pairing has been thoughtfully crafted to complement flavours, textures, and aromas, creating a balanced and immersive dining experience.
Inspired by the European aperitivo tradition, the experience begins with a welcome pour of SDU Deva Rosé, followed by a curated tasting of SDU Reserva Chardonnay, SDU Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, and SDU Reserva Syrah. Each wine has been thoughtfully paired with a specially curated menu by YAZU, featuring signature Pan-Asian bites, including Charcoal Aubergine Bao, Turnip Cake, Crispy Avocado Cucumber Roll, Crispy Chicken Cheung Fun, Fish Chilli Basil, and the Classic Prawn Tempura Roll. The pairings have been created to complement the characteristics of each wine while bringing together flavours and textures that work in harmony.
