The health-tech startup Connect and Heal has announced the hirings of Yathish Venkatesh as Head of Performance, Christina David as Head of Content, and Mithun Patange as Director of Marketing and Communication as part of its effort to change the Indian healthcare system. Sanjay Vinayak, Elwinder Singh, and Galveender Kaur founded Connect and Heal in November 2016 to bring the idea of a healthcare management organization to India and resolve the country’s fragmented healthcare system.

Earlier this year, Prashant Kashyap joined as the Co-Founder and COO. Connect and Heal is expanding quickly, and as part of its aim to address the complicated problems facing the Indian healthcare sector, it is seeking the best marketing talent available. Their user base is expanding quickly, and by FY25, they hope to generate $100 million in income. Connect and Heal has been actively hiring for key positions across functions over the past few months as it works to develop a healthcare platform that is centered on technology.

Director of Marketing and Communication Mithun Patange joins. He has over ten years of experience working for fast-growing consumer firms, in addition to having his own business. He has previously collaborated with companies like Halodoc and Simplilearn, among others. Mithun architected the organic growth accelerators that greatly enhanced the top-of-the-funnel brand exposure across user contact points in his most recent position at Halodoc, Indonesia’s largest health tech startup.

He received his bachelor’s degree from NIFT and an MBA from MICA Ahmedabad. Eight years of professional experience at various businesses, including Halodoc, MoneyTap, and Loco, go into Yathish Venkatesh’s resume as the Associate Director of Marketing. In his most recent position, he oversaw the performance marketing department at Halodoc, where he played a key role in reducing the cost of user acquisition while still significantly growing the user base. With considerable experience in customer behavior, Yathish has worked with scaled B2C organizations.

For Connect and Heal, Christina David has joined as Head of Content. She has worked for companies including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Commvault, Mount Litera Zee School, and Pazo for more than seven years, gaining experience in content and communication across industries. At HP, Christina spearheaded numerous initiatives and greatly increased the engagement rates for Global Operations in her role as the Communication and Engagement Lead (internal).

From Narsee Monjee University of Management Studies, she holds an MBA. “As a patient-centric linked healthcare platform, communication plays a key role in offering holistic & assured healthcare,” said Parasar Sarma, Chief Marketing Officer. We can make sure that our users have access to the greatest 360° care by increasing engagement. I’m delighted to welcome Christina, Yathish, and Mithun. I’m confident they’ll accept the challenge and improve the perception of Connect and Heal’s worth among our customers.

With $11 million in funding to date from BAce Capital, Celesta Capital, and several renowned bankers in London, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the US, Connect and Heal is quickly growing its presence in India.
