The manufacturing company  Toyota proceeds its partial production at Bidadi plant with Covid-19 protocols in that manufacturing place. TKMPL’s current plant at Bidadi will need to assure that there is no labour unrest as was observed shortly with a few companies over Covid-19 protocols. And they declared a few days ago that they are not continuing the production at its Karnataka plant because of ongoing second wave Covid-19 lockdown. But certain firms have restarted their production facilities, it says that they are following strict Covid-19 protocols.

It is anticipated that in the coming days more firms will begin reopening their factories for production. With the beginning of the festive season, the deals are likely moving to be higher and hence the demand too will be high. Toyota has now begun limited operations at their plant. Operating at the ordered labour strength of 50 per cent, TKMPL will recommence its manufacturing as well as improve the training of all employees for the new normal both in terms of provisions and procedures.

Besides, all the operations of the company are supposed to be accomplished in stern concurrence with all the instructions by both the state and central governments. TKM will assure there is no labour unrest as was observed recently with certain companies over Covid-19 protocols.

Since the outbreak of the Covid-19, it has been very understandable to respond to the wants of those in the middle of this outbreak, making decisions fast and taking actions speedily to aid and assure the security of all employees and other stakeholders in the company. From the production side, they are attempting to ensure that all feasible estimates & preparations are assembled to restart production soon and because of this, they can serve the instant mobility wants of their customers, at the earliest.

They are concentrating on catering to pending deals that are stuck due to the non-production days of the arranged annual maintenance shutdown, by the lockdown and also focusing on vaccinating both their employees as well as their families and to give support to have dealer and supplier staff vaccinated too, to assure lower risk & gravity of infections.
