Blue Prism launches AI powered digital workforce

Blue Prism has introduced its Blue Prism service which assist to increase the demands of customer contact centers and improving call center agent productivity. The new idea deals with a real-time, 360-degree angle of all customer communications thereby helping the agents to be accountable and empathetic to serve customers better. The service assist strengthens contact center agents by simplifying system tasks and guide customer interaction tasks which include searching databases, upgrading customer records, and scheduling callbacks.

Blue Prism provides encrypted, measurable, and centrally managed digital workforce (digital assistant that acts as a robot to connect center agents), it is composed to transform the present contact center ecosystem by providing a complete end-to-end automation solution. Being supported by business-led front and IT-governed backend, service assist provides increased functionality and security to contact center teams thereby reducing the Average Handling Times (AHT) and developing First Call Resolution (FCR).

No coding is required. Blue Prism states that if there is any change in the business process while a digital worker is performing, the change can quickly be arranged with lower downtime. According to Blue Prism, the consequences of this potentiality streamlined contact center operations expanded agent satisfaction as well as customer satisfaction.

The survey of customer service professionals in January 2020, disclosed that 12% of the industry was already focused on innovating AI-enabled automation solutions such as Blue Prism in 2020, joining the 16% of contact center which have already positioned automation. The pandemic has however affected a rapid spike in demand for automated solutions, which now constitute a market segment, is expected to reach a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 64.2% from 2020 to 2024.
