CoinDCX, India’s leading crypto company, has recently promoted Vivek Gupta, the former EVP and Head of Engineering, as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company. Gupta will be the company’s technology evangelist, in charge of creating and inventing for the whole business and ecosystem.
Improving user journey and product experience
As CTO, Vivek will enhance and simplify the user journey and product experience for CoinDCX’s 15-million-strong customer base, while also laying the foundation for onboarding new users. He will lead innovation and capability-building initiatives to significantly simplify the user experience by providing a safe and dependable platform as well as value-driven web3 solutions. Vivek heads a brilliant 190-person engineering, data science, DevOps, and infrastructure team.
Emphasis on product experience
In his previous role, Vivek placed a strong emphasis on consistently improving the product experience, ensuring that the platform strengthens its usability for its customers. He was instrumental in developing and building several technologies from the ground up and laying the foundation for the ecosystem to grow on. He was the main force behind CoinDCX’s DeFi effort, Okto, a self-custody wallet, and its risk-proofing.
