Discovery unveils Discovery Sports as a new Corporate Brand


Discovery introduces Discovery Sports a new brand corporation representing and focusing on a dedicated portfolio of sports brands, platforms, and channels.

The well-known American Multi-national Pay Network Discovery International made their first step to combine sports to offer the brand partners and stakeholders an unparalleled opportunity to reach out to an audience of more than 130 million people all over the world. The team will start availing of the services in a short period and the offers will go air on every platform, Free to air, Pay TV, Streaming, and online. As their paid broadcasting services usually run, the new set up also be made available monthly.

The new step initiates an external corporate identity on discovery’s unique sports proposition.

The program highlights discovery’s strength in combined sports media and the healthy growth of their recent project Discovery Plus, The ultimate real-life entertainment service and its free to air networks in Europe. The large spread sports offering through Eurosport all over Europe covering more than 75 markets and 230m homes, The penetrating capability of international super fan services with Global Cycling Network(GCN), Golf Digest, Global Mountain Bike Network(GMBN), and Golf TV also covering a 360 offer on events management and promotion arm, Eurosport events.

He already supervises Eurosport, Discovery Global Sports Rights, and Marketing Solutions as well as Play sports group- consisting of Global Cycling Network(GCN) and Euro sports events.
