Gokwik assigns Amit Sharma as Chief Customer Officer

Gokwik, a leading e-commerce enabler concentrating chiefly on improving conversion rates for e-commerce brands, has declared the nomination of Amit Sharma as its CCO (Chief Customer Officer). 

Sharma would be operating closely with the rest of the verticals and the administration team in running GoKwik’s concept to maximize the significance of delivery to its clients as a component of the company’s development strategy. He would be accountable for developing an enablement layer within the team to scale good CS practices and hygiene to fuel growth and retention initiatives. 

With over 12 years of understanding of customer prosperity and delivery, Sharma enters Gokwik from MoEngage, a prominent customer engagement platform where he led customer success, enactment and onboarding while fine-tuning the overall development strategy for South East Asia and ANZ during his period. In his prior roles, Sharma has also worked as customer success and delivery lead with Observe.AI in San Francisco and Bengaluru. He assisted the company to rise from seed to a $88 million Series B stage.
