ICICI Bank announces virtual property exhibition

ICICI Bank has announced its virtual property exhibition for Delhi-NCR. It digitally showcases real estate projects. There are more than 35 developers are participated in this exhibition to showcase on more than 50 projects around Faridabad, New Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram. This exhibition is a part of the ICICI Bank’s drive to inaugurate ‘Home Utsav’ for Delhi-NCR within major cities within India as well as international places. The bank stated in the announcement that this exhibition authorizes individuals to build their dream homes during the ongoing festive season in a completely hassle-free way and from the comfort place where he/she lives.

The bank said that customer has given exclusive offers such as digital sanction of loans, attractive interest rates, and special processing fees and on buying a property through this exhibition. Further, ICICI Bank’s customers have enjoyed additional benefits as customers could avail of the Bank’s pre-approved and insta series of products. Anyone can attend those exhibitions no matter whether he/she is a customer of ICICI Bank or not. Visitors can simply go through the browser of these projects online, from the comfort places of their home and office.

The key features of the ICICI Home-Ulsav are a wide range of projects by leading developers, attractive interest rates for home loans, special processing fees, Digital sanction of a loan through Express Home Loan, and Exclusive direct discounts by developers. This virtual exhibition for Delhi-NCR has conducted till 20 November 2020.

ICICI Bank has launched the same ‘Home Utsav’ exhibition in Mumbai and Pune in September. It digitally showcases over 100 projects by more than 60 developers. The Bank said that they are planning to organize yet another ‘NRI Home Utsav’ shortly in international places like Bahrain, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, UK, UAE, and South Africa.
