Today, Reliance Jio announced that it would be launching its True 5G services in 11 cities spanning several states. These towns include Lucknow, Trivandrum, Mysuru, Nashik, Aurangabad, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Kharar. Derabassi will also be receiving service. In the cities of Trivandrum, Mysuru, Nashik, Aurangabad, and Chandigarh Tricity, including the regions of Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Kharar, Reliance Jio has become the first and only operator to introduce 5G services in these cities.

Users of Jio in these cities will get an invitation to participate in the Jio Welcome Offer, which will allow them to enjoy Unlimited Data at speeds of up to 1 Gbps+ at no extra cost beginning today.

A spokesperson for Jio made the following statement in response to the event: “We are thrilled to deploy Jio True 5G in these 11 locations and make it one of our biggest launches since we began rolling out True 5G services.” This is a homage to the millions of Jio customers who live in these cities and who, beginning in 2023, will be able to experience the game-changing advantages that the Jio True 5G technology provides.

These cities are essential not just for their roles as destinations for tourists but also as vital centers for education in our nation. With the launch of Jio’s True 5G services, customers in this region will not only have access to the best telecommunications network, but they will also have access to endless opportunities for growth in the fields of e-governance, education, automation, artificial intelligence, gaming, healthcare, agriculture, information technology, and small and medium-sized businesses.

We would like to extend our thanks to the Chandigarh Administration as well as the state governments of Punjab, Haryana, Kerala, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh for their unwavering support in our efforts to digitize the area,” he said.

Jio True 5G is the only true 5G network in India thanks to its threefold competitive advantage, which is as follows:

Independent 5G design including a cutting-edge 5G network that is completely independent of the 4G network.

Carrier aggregation is a cutting-edge technology that seamlessly combines multiple 5G frequencies into a single robust “data highway.” This is accomplished through the utilization of a spectrum mix that spans 700 MHz, 3500 MHz, and 26 GHz, bands. This spectrum mix is the best and most extensive one available.
