Midea India celebrates India’s enduring festive traditions with Toshiba Home Appliances’ new campaign, ‘Heart of Every Celebration’

Conceptualised by Brand Visage Communications, the campaign celebrates the rituals, moments and traditions that continue to bring families together across generations

National, October 30, 2026: As India gears up for the festive season, Midea India has launched its new campaign, ‘Heart of Every Celebration’, for its Toshiba Home Appliances portfolio, celebrating the traditions, rituals and familiar moments that continue to bring families together year after year. Moving beyond the idea of festive newness, the campaign draws attention to the things that remain constant—even as homes, lifestyles and the way people celebrate continue to evolve.

The campaign is built around the insight that every festival is shaped by traditions that families carry forward—from recipes prepared year after year and prayers that bring everyone together to the small rituals and moments that make every celebration feel like home. Through this narrative, this also draws a parallel between these enduring traditions and the products that earn a lasting place in people’s homes through years of trust, care and reliability.

Commenting on the campaign, Ankita Vaid, Head of Marketing, Midea India, said, “Festivals are an important part of how Indian families connect, and while celebrations continue to evolve with changing lifestyles, the traditions at their heart remain remarkably constant. With ‘Heart of Every Celebration’, we wanted to capture these familiar rituals and everyday preparations that make each festival special, and celebrate the many ways in which they come alive across India. As a brand that is part of people’s everyday homes, we wanted to bring this thought to life in a way that feels warm, authentic and relatable—showing how the little things we do before a celebration, from preparing festive meals to getting the home ready and coming together as a family, are what truly make the occasion special.”

Conceptualised by Brand Visage Communications, the campaign comes alive through a festive film that travels across different parts of India, capturing the moments and preparations that unfold before the celebrations begin. From flowers arriving and banana leaves being washed ahead of a Kerala feast, to fresh modaks in Maharashtra, festive preparations before Navratri in Gujarat, families returning home after pandal hopping in West Bengal, preparations ahead of Karwa Chauth in North India, and the bustle of Diwali celebrations, the film brings together the diverse rituals that shape India’s festive calendar.

Siddharth Khanna, Founder, Brand Visage Communications, added, “The festive season is often communicated through what is new—new beginnings, new purchases and new experiences. But when we looked at what truly makes a festival meaningful, we found that it is often the things that remain unchanged—the rituals we grew up with, the food that is prepared every year and the moments families continue to come together for. ‘Heart of Every Celebration’ was born from this thought of celebrating the traditions that people carry forward, while seamlessly bringing alive the brand’s role as a trusted part of the home.”

The campaign weaves Home Appliances into these everyday festive moments, from storing ingredients and festive sweets to preparing meals, caring for festive clothing and helping homes get ready for family and guests. The film culminates in the thought that behind every celebration are the little details that quietly make it possible.

The creative platform will also extend through festival-specific storytelling inspired by celebrations and rituals from across the country. By grounding the campaign in India’s diverse festive traditions rather than treating the festive season as a single cultural moment, ‘Heart of Every Celebration’ aims to create a narrative that is both locally rooted and relatable across households.
