PivotRoots acquires DeepFlux to strengthen MarTech capability

PivotRoots, a Mumbai-based digital marketing agency, has purchased DeepFlux, a MarTech consultancy, for an undisclosed amount. DeepFlux Co-founder Abhimanyu Vyas will join Yogesh Kothari in running the new organisation as Business Head.

DeepFlux will be integrated into PivotConsult, the company’s Martech lab and consulting branch, in order to achieve its goal of creating a future-oriented marketing lab. Abhimanyu Vyas, a co-founder of Deepflux, will join Yogesh Kothari as the business head of PivotConsult. Tarun Taneja, who had joined DeepFlux as a late-stage co-founder, would remain with PivotConsult.

He was the head of AI and machine learning at DeepFlux and will continue to oversee the joint venture. “We believe this association will prove to be a game-changer in serving the needs of Indian and global customers with data analytics and ML-based marketing solutions, especially in the Direct to Consumer(D2C) solutions space to strengthen their pivot’s marketing strategy,” said Abhimanyu Vyas, Co-founder, DeepFlux.
