Young Captain Nemo will be co-produced by Rainshine Entertainment and Animasia Studio. In addition to a trilogy of animated feature films, the Rainshine blockchain platform, dubbed “Young Captain Nemo,” will establish a thriving fan community where investors and consumers may participate in the development of the next great web 3.0 multi-format entertainment property.

Young Captain Nemo enables the audience to take on a more active role than just being a spectator. It’s a 360-degree immersive experience that they can now watch, play, invest in, purchase, and vote on. In 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Jules Verne’s antihero Gabriel Nemo, a 15-year-old descendant of the character, is committed to defending the seas and its inhabitants from pollutants and scavengers. They want to deliver the trilogy’s story to a worldwide audience via their partnership with Rainshine Animations.

The Rainshine, Animasia, and its creators’ morals dictate that a percentage of the franchise’s profits be donated to help safeguard our seas and the wildlife that live there from pollution.

Saahil Bhargava, LA shorts nominee and songwriter/composer, will serve as a producer on the Young Captain Nemo team, as will Ah Loong, director/executive producer of ABC Monsters, Harry & Bunnie, and Chuck Chicken, and Donna Ebbs, creative supervisor of popular IPs like My Little Pony and Transformers Prime. Benjamin Grubbs, a former YouTube worldwide executive and co-founder of Creative+ who is also an investor in the creator economy, will serve as a strategic adviser and consultant producer.

Rainshine’s founder, chairman, and CEO, Neeraj Bhargava, said, “Our objective is to build upon the rich history of Young Captain Nemo via this project and multi-format content brand.” A young person of colour as the protagonist of a cartoon series where children from all around the world can see heroes who look exactly like they excite us greatly. The RainBlox platform, developed by RainBlox, is a unique way for fans to own a piece of the brand by combining the greatest technology and the best talent.

Edmund Chan, Animasia Studio’s Managing Director, remarked, “We are happy to establish the Young Captain Nemo brand with Rainshine on such a wide scale.” Our animated sci-fi series will be the greatest in the business thanks to the collaboration of some of the top brains in the industry and a motivated crew. It’s also possible for fans to be a part of every step of the filmmaking process thanks to the use of Web 3.0 technologies.

“Collaborating with Rainshine to build up the brand ecosystem for Young Captain Nemo has been tremendously exciting, and we’re beginning with a fun action-packed animated film we hope viewers across the globe will appreciate,” said Henry Gilroy. As a lifelong admirer of the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea series, I’m overjoyed by the excellent effort our crew is putting in to bring Young Captain Nemo to the big screen.

The RainBlox platform’s first project is Young Captain Nemo, a Web 3.0 Multi-Format Content Franchise.
