This month, Ryvalmedia will open an office in Sydney to take the lead in the new market. The CEO of Ryan cap, Simon Ryan, has hired Bianca Falloon from Carat and is relocating to his old neighborhood.

As the agency declared aspirations to build quickly in Sydney with an emphasis on investing in capability and growing its team of digital professionals to meet client demand, Falloon joined Ryan, who served as her previous employer at Carat and is now the general manager.

This is Ryvalmedia’s third market after those in Melbourne and Brisbane. The agency asserted that the market has reacted well to its concept since many of the companies in its expanding portfolio are disruptive and digital-first businesses focused on the new economy.

As has been the case with Ryvalmedia in the Melbourne and Sydney markets, Ryan claimed that an M&A plan is in place in Sydney and that discussions are now taking place.

After eleven years as a client lead, Falloon joins Carat; she left her Ph.D. in 2012 as group account director. Falloon reported to Ryan at Carat after being promoted to CEO in 2013. He transitioned into the group role a few years later. During her time at Carat, Falloon collaborated with a range of businesses, including Woolworths, BWS, Pandora, Dan Murphy’s, and more.

Ryancap was formed in 2020. Since then, a sizable number of former Dentsu employees have joined Ryan’s new business. In 2018, Ryan left his position as group CEO of Dentsu. As the Melbourne MD of Ryvalmedia under the new organization, Falloon will collaborate with Joseph Pardillo, the former MD of Carat, and immediately report to Ryan.

The agency stated that she will collaborate closely with the company’s other national offices to build the Ryvalmedia team, brand, and client portfolio in Sydney.

Ryan was thrilled to welcome Bianca to the Ryvalmedia team, which would benefit from the support of the wider RyanCap network of businesses. Our success has been powered by our focus on hiring people with high-caliber talent and capability, which has kept our strategic strategy on track.

We see the possibility of broadening our offering and teaming up with the perfect client partners because we are a persistent supporter of the sector where client company expansion is the driving force. After the company has successfully grown to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, our objectives are to focus on other local and worldwide markets. The demand of the market and our client’s unwavering focus on success are strongly tied to this growth opportunity.
