Sugar Cosmetics surpasses 2 million followers on Instagram

Sugar Cosmetics is an Indian Makeup brand founded in 2012 and established in 2015 by its CEO Vineeta Singh and Co-founder Kaushik Mukherjee, who also happens to be Vineeta Singh’s life partner.  

Recently, Sugar Cosmetics has gained over 2 million followers on Instagram, where they regularly post among other social media sites like twitter. 

The utilization of influencer marketing and social media hype development has been one of the primary elements of SUGAR’s success. recognized from the beginning, the brand understood the importance of prioritizing value-based material shared on social media platforms. 

Sugar had started dabbling in their followers’ interest, for Valentine’s Day, Sugar released a filter ‘Wheel of Love’ which gathered over 338.4+ million impressions. On Women’s Day Sugar also launched #WhenIAmReadyCampain which had over 5000+ participants including Vineeta Singh herself.

Sugar is Vineeta Singh’s third start-up, after graduating from IIT-Madras and IIM-Ahmedabad, she ventured into entrepreneurship after ditching a 1 crore job offer from a leading investment bank. 

Carat India, a part of Dentsu Aegis Network has won the media rights of Sugar Cosmetics. The cult’s favorite beauty brand had also launched a collaboration – SUGAR X WONDER WOMAN, after acquiring rights from Warner Bros Media. 

Recently SonyLIV launched Shark Tank India, Vineeta Singh is one of the judges of the new show. 

Taapsee Pannu is the Brand Ambassador of Sugar cosmetics. Sugar Cosmetics delivers world-class quality makeup suitable especially for Indian skin tones.
