From the second zero to the end, a woman portrayed herself as nervous and happy in the campaign. The speech shows that she has come to an interview after a break. A manager in charge asked her a question like opening up the puzzle inside her when she told a fourteen-month at life boot camp corp. Although, he mentioned her experience with the grasp she had with the job. As soon as later, she opened up the meaning of 14 months at Life Bootcamp Corp. She tells the interviewer to know more about the job that she has never felt the role before in her life. She lifts her words with the quote-Over the night, “I had to fill the position of leader that it came into my lap suddenly”. She tells the interviewer that the job was following her instincts. But the advice from the senior could have passed the moment to fit right on the role because she had to train a complete newbie. But her trust in herself made her learn all the ways on the job. The interviewer asked why she had left the job after 14 months, she told him that the teammates started to manage on their own. 

The interviewer tells her that he is confused by the explanation. And then she showed her the wallpaper on her mobile. The interviewer understood the meaning of life at boot camp. But he tells her that she is unable to fit the job role, and he adds at the end that she deserves more than that.

She’s seeking to express it by the honor of being a woman with the power to change the world. Cultivating equality and self-growth has been shown by this brand campaign. While women are challenging and inspiring themselves, this Mother’s Day fits right in the moment of being a mother.

This campaign does not only show the maternal break by pregnancy but any gap. This campaign inspires the woman to come back for the work with the CV labeled as a mother and celebrate the reality of you. Research says that we need to go 136 years of completion that could give attention to equality in pay. It is yet to happen because of the lack of women in senior leadership.
