Adani has partnered up with WebEngage to streamline its Customer Engagement campaign across its 6-consumer facing businesses.

WebEngage is already providing solutions in the sectors including E-commerce, Travel & Hospitality, EdTech, Gaming, Media & Entertainment, D2C, and BFSI & Fintech. After partnering with Adani, it will further serve industries like Gas & Power, Real Estate, and others.

Adani Group will take help from WebEngage’s Full-Stack Retention OS in order to streamline its customer engagement which is driven by data, for its consumer-facing groups that include: Adani Gas, Adani Airport, Adani Wilmar, Adani Electricity, Adani Realty, and Adani Capital. The product offered by WebEngage is used across the globe, and approximately 300+ marketers recommend using this product.

It has already been serving its mission to enable businesses to create a personalized experience at a massive scale, by serving a streak of valuable customers which include MyGlamm, Zivame, go-MMT, Acko, Edelweiss Tokio, ALT Balaji, Toppr, and numerous other such companies. And, with this partnership of WebEngage with Adani Group has strengthened its position in the market, leaving behind the competition which dominated earlier by levying heavy costs and time requirements.

For the past few years, Adani has focussed on being a data-driven organization planning to familiarize its business with data-related – processes, advantages & disadvantages, and technology adoption. This decision is very well thought out as Adani has been focussing a lot on inclusive customer segmentation and providing its customers with good support & engagement while up taking the benefit of big data.

WebEngage while working with Adani Digital Labs will help out-group companies in the following manner:

  • To organize customer data,
  • Develop analytical dashboards and drive 1:1 personalized engagement to deliver the intended customer experience
  • Engagement across the web and mobile properties – aka the SuperApp.

Some words that Avlesh Singh, founder, and CEO, WebEngage mentioned, “We are truly excited about the possibilities, given the scale of the Adani Group. This engagement is a testament to WebEngage’s proven prowess in serving enterprise customers with the scale, security, and ease of adoption/time to value.”
