Cannes Lions have been called out for the absence of diversity and people of colour representation. This information has come from Abraham Abbi Asefaw, chairman at LW and former dean at the Roger Hatchuel Academy learning program.

Asefaw on Twitter has stated that after his ouster from this program, meanwhile, all the deans in the Cannes Lions School are now in white. Obviously, yes, even the Roger Hatchuel Academy is known as the most diverse place at Cannes Lions.

Hence, the Cannes Lion website had in-building an RHA learning program. This program is a unique learning strategy, which is exclusively designed to aid and support others. Furthermore, they look forward to the students who adore a creative path in advertising and would establish in their careers.

The Cannes Lion’s nine tracks have highlighted the breadth of disciples across the global branded communication industry. They also endow them with a structure to explore Cannes Lion awards, talks, learning experience and expanding their digital platform. Along with the 28 different specialist Lions, it’s very easy to forge their right home for their creative work, and also would assure them their honors in Cannes Lion.

This year, Cannes Lion had been fully digital and had joined us through a live broadcast from 21-25 June 2021. This live broadcast was exclusively for the global premiere and broadcast of the Cannes Lion Awards. Their program had even demanded drastic transformation for their industry and that was beyond their expectations.

They could monitor not by continuing as dean, despite their decade-long commitment to their association. However, what they couldn’t handle is their preceding generation’s creativity across the world, as they lack representation. Cannes Lions has even uploaded a shortlist of possible candidates. They could even sum all the POC leaders and celebs to your roaster of speakers that they want. Even though, they are not committed at the core, as they are not helping stated by Asefaw. Cannes Lions has even reacted to Asefaw from their Twitter, and he did even write that they had even reached out to him, as they would like to offer him a public apology.
