India, Delhi, 28 May 2026: Clovia, India’s leading lingerie, sleepwear, and personal care brand, marked Menstrual Hygiene Day with a workplace initiative designed to encourage more open conversations around period pain and menstrual wellness. Through an interactive menstrual cramp simulation experience, the brand aimed to build greater awareness and understanding around the realities of menstrual discomfort. 

Hosted in Clovia’s corporate office, the initiative brought together members from across the team to experience a simulated menstrual cramp challenge. This offered a glimpse into the physical discomfort millions of women navigate every month while continuing to manage their professional and personal responsibilities. Through candid reactions and open conversations around menstrual stigma, the campaign aimed to spotlight how period pain continues to be underestimated despite being a lived reality for women.
