The famous adage “All work and no play makes Jack a dull lad” is well-known.

To enhance a child’s general growth and welfare, it is critical to schedule some physical activity during the day in addition to academic study.

Fittr, one of the world’s largest community-first online health and fitness brands, today announced a partnership with Vedantu, a pioneer in LIVE online learning, to promote healthy and active living in children through monthly sessions, to bring this philosophy to life.

Starting January 26th, Fittr coach Nachiketh Shetty will lead the inaugural session of a ‘Masterclass on principles of Science supported Exercise & Nutrition’ on Vedantu’s platform.

Fittr and Vedantu hope to engage with over two million kids in the next year through this one-of-a-kind collaboration.

Vedantu recognizes the importance of nutrition and well-being in enhancing student learning and improving their lifestyle, in keeping with its vision of providing a comprehensive curriculum.

Kids’ mental health is strongly influenced by physical activities that engage them. Physical activities that engage students are related to higher levels of concentration and well-composed behavior.

As a result, incorporating physical activity into one’s lifestyle from a young age not only helps children avoid cardiovascular problems, but also helps them achieve better academic results.

Under the V-Nurture and Super School programs, Fittr and Vedantu’s wellness sessions will be led by qualified Fittr coaches using Vedantu’s platform.

Regardless of the ongoing debate over when sports can resume their routine without constraints, this is an opportunity for students to broaden their horizons and experience the benefits of scientifically supported courses outside of academic courses.

Only 50% of boys and fewer than 34% of girls aged 12 to 15 were as fit as they should be, according to a report published by the ‘Center for Disease Control and Prevention 2019’.

Furthermore, it was discovered that early childhood physical exercise and a nutritious diet contribute to better cognitive results.

It promotes healthy growth and development, as well as a variety of mental and emotional benefits that improve the entire learning experience.

Fittr devised this program after studying such figures and facts to raise awareness and teach children about the importance of nutrition and exercise.

“At Fittr, we have a dedicated vertical for children, Fittr Kids, where trained coaches and specialists give scientifically-based solutions towards fitness and nutrition,” Jitendra Chouksey, Founder and CEO, Fittr, said.

For holistic wellness solutions, we also provide exercise and training-based regimens.

For the first time, fitness and ed-tech platform are collaborating to reach the extraordinary aim of improving the health of over two million people.

We hope to educate children about the importance and principles of nutrition and physical activity using Fittr’s expertise in encouraging people to live healthy lifestyles and Vedantu’s exceptional knowledge and network.”
